As we ship our artwork worldwide shipping times and costs vary by location. The table below shows approximate delivery times and shipping costs for a typical order.

Actual shipping costs for Framed and Canvas Prints depend on the size of the artwork selected and are calculated at checkout.

Any personalised prints will be shipped separately to non personalised prints due to the design work taking place. Please allow up to an extra 1 working day to factor in for designing and shipping for personalised prints only.

Customs & Taxes

Our printing and framing labs are located in the UK, USA, and the EU so if you order within any of these countries you can avoid custom delays and import taxes. If however, you reside outside of these countries we will ship your order from the nearest lab.

For delivery addresses located outside the UK, USA, and the EU there may be customs and imports charges applicable depending on your location and type of product ordered. All customs charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay.

Packaging

Unframed Print: Wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in thick cardboard poster tubes.

Framed Print/Canvas: Wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in rigid, double walled cardboard boxes.

Please be careful when unpacking your products as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused whilst unpacking.

At present we are unable to personalise your order with any gift messaging/wrapping.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a 30 day guarantee for returns.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return/exchange within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange on any digital downloads and personalised prints as these are custom made to order.

All items must be sent back, in the original condition without damage. Buyers are responsible for the return postage and packaging costs.

Cancellations

Cancellations or amendments can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply contact us via email or the contact form with your request and we will be happy to help.
